Role & responsibilities:

Data Engineering

- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Build and maintain scalable data models and data warehouses.
- Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.

Analytics & Reporting

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Create KPIs, metrics, and performance reports for business users.

Data Management

- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.
- Validate and cleanse data to improve data accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for data processes, models, and workflows.

Collaboration

- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests.
- Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills

- Robust SQL and database optimization skills.
- Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development.




- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Spark, Databricks, or Big Data technologies is preferred.

Analytical Skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience with KPI development and business performance analysis.
