Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Lead with strong testing expertise, communication skills, and team-handling capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end manual testing activities and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end manual testing activities.
- Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Review requirements and identify testing scope and risks.
- Coordinate with developers, business teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and guide the QA team to ensure timely delivery.
- Track defects, prioritize issues, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure proper test coverage and adherence to QA processes.
- Participate in release and deployment activities.




- Identify process improvements to enhance overall testing efficiency and quality.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Manual Testing/QA.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing and test management.
- Proven experience in team handling and QA leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in defect tracking and test management tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Immediate joiners preferred/required.
