Track & report on submission to interview & interview to offer ratios
Manage client escalations
Identify opportunities to deepen existing accounts
Coordinate internally

Required Candidate profile

Experience in client relationship management or client delivery
Robust understanding of US staffing models: C2C, W2, H1B/OPT/CPT
Excellent communication skills
comfortable working in US time zones
