We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer / QA Specialist with 46 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through manual and automated testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Perform manual and automated testing of applications

Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements

Ensure product quality through functional, regression, and integration testing

Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution

Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality

Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards,



and best practices

Required Skills

Robust experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance

Experience in manual testing and exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG)

Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, QC)

Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes

Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman/REST tools)

Familiarity with SQL for data validation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in test automation frameworks

Knowledge of performance or security testing

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
