Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage debt collection activities for unsecured loans, including identifying delinquent accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and executing loan recoveries.
- Conduct field collections by visiting customers' premises to collect payments or arrange for repossession of assets if necessary.
- Analyze NPA (Non-Performing Asset) portfolios to identify trends and areas for improvement in debt recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.

Job Requirements :

- 3-10 years of experience in debt collection, loan collection, or related fields such as business loan processing or NBFC operations.
- Solid knowledge of debt management principles, practices, and regulations governing unsecured loans.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers during field visits.
- Ability to analyze financial data using tools like Excel or other software applications.
