Role Summary

We are looking for an Access Governance Analyst with experience in IAM, access reviews, compliance, audit support, and GRC processes. The candidate will support access governance, compliance monitoring, remediation tracking, and audit activities across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and track quarterly, bi-annual, and annual access reviews.
- Validate access, track remediation, ownership changes, exceptions, and closure.
- Maintain compliance records in ServiceNow, SailPoint IIQ, and related tools.




- Collect and validate audit evidence and support SOC 2/compliance audits.
- Monitor compliance metrics, risks, exceptions, and control gaps.
- Coordinate with IAM, GRC, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
- Support EOL/EOS compliance tracking and reporting.
- Prepare dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau/Excel.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant IT/IAM/GRC experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications: AZ-900/AZ-104, AWS Cloud Practitioner, IAM certifications, ITIL, or Secure.
