Title: Technical Lead - Java

Location: Chennai/ Bangalore

Experience: 10+ years

Key Skills:

- Solid expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and REST API development.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed system design.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
- Proficiency in Git and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong ownership mindset end-to-end accountability for module delivery, system quality, and resolving complex technical blockers independently.
- Excellent stakeholder communication capabilities — ability to articulate technical decisions,



set realistic expectations, and align closely with product managers and client leadership.
- Proven leadership skills — mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical excellence across the team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architecture.
- Exposure to Kubernetes and container management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (or AWS/GCP)
- Knowledge of Redis or alternative caching strategies.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security, and enterprise authentication standards.
