SAP Business Analyst

- Experience in analyzing, designing, and supporting electronic invoicing processes within SAP ECC landscapes ensuring compliance with local and global statutory requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business, tax, compliance, and SAP technical teams to deliver compliant and productive eInvoicing solutions.
- Analyze end-to-end invoicing processes (Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay) and identify impacts of eInvoicing regulations.
- Gather and document business and statutory requirements for eInvoicing across different countries.
- Translate regulatory requirements into SAP functional specifications.
- Support integration with tax authorities and networks (e.g., clearance models, PEPPOL).
- Collaborate with ABAP, middleware, and integration teams (SAP AIF, IDocs, APIs).
- Define and validate invoice data mapping and message flows.




- Support UAT, defect resolution, and golive activities.
- Coordinate with tax, finance, and compliance stakeholders.
- Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and user guides.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to electronic invoicing.
- Experience working with SAP Document Compliance / eDocument Framework.
- Familiarity with SAP AIF, IDocs, and interface monitoring.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of SAP FI, SD billing, and MM invoicing processes.
- Understanding of tax determination and VAT reporting.
- Prior experience in regulated industries (Banking, Manufacturing, Pharma).
