Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end merchandising for key international buyer accounts from development to shipment.
- Manage commercial negotiations, costing, capacity planning, and order execution.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with international buyers to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time deliveries.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing merchandising team.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and profitability across accounts.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
Mandatory: 10–18 years of experience in an apparel export house with proven expertise in handling international buyer accounts and leading merchandising teams.
