- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financials as per IFRS with accurate closures.
- Lead budgeting, forecasts, and monitor cost per ton, margins, and efficiency trends.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory filings, and manage audits/regulators.
- Establish solid internal controls across procurement, stores, sales, and finance.
- Oversee inventory valuation, credit control, dealer balances, and provisions.
- Manage cash flow, working capital cycle, banking limits, LCs, and guarantees.
- Provide MIS dashboards, pricing insights, CAPEX analysis, and ROI support to MD.
