About the Role
Were looking for energetic Medical Representatives to drive Medseas pharma brand growth
across Delhi. Youll be the face of the company to doctors, chemists, and stockists.
Your job is simple:- build relationships, increase prescriptions, and ensure our products are
available and visible everywhere.
Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor Calling & KOL Management
- Achieve daily/weekly call average: 8-10 doctors/day
- Promote dermatology, nutraceutical, and OTC portfolio to Dermatologists, GPs, and
Pediatricians
- Share product literature, samples, and scientific data. Handle objections
- Build relationships with KOLs and invite them for CMEs, RTMs
2. Chemist & Stockist Coverage
- Cover assigned territory of 150-250 chemists across Pan-Delhi
- Ensure product availability, shelf visibility, and display
- Drive chemist schemes, POB, and secondary sales




- Collect competitor feedback and market intelligence

3. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned SKUs and territory
- Submit daily work reports: calls, orders, feedback on CRM app
- Coordinate with CFA/stockist for timely supply and prevent out-of-stock
4. Activities Marketing
- Execute doctor meet programs, camp activities, and in-clinic branding
- Distribute LBLs, visual aids, danglers, and other marketing material
- Gather Rx feedback and report market trends to Marketing Head
Qualifications Required:-
- Education: B.Pharma / D.Pharma / B.Sc / Graduate
- Experience: 2-6+ years in Pharma sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Therapy Knowledge: Dermatology, Trichology, General Medicine preferred
- Skills: Good communication in Hindi + English, relationship building, target-driven,
self-motivated
- Tools: Smartphone for reporting. Bike + DL mandatory
What We Offer
- Salary: 25,000 75,000 per month + Incentives + TA/DA
