The Spares / Services Manager will be responsible for providing overall leadership and direction to the service and spare part team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the regional service department and ensure workshops meet performance, quality, and customer service targets.
- Supervise service technicians and mechanics to ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
- Conduct regular audits at dealer locations to monitor and enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely ordering of spare parts and coordinate with the logistics team for on-time delivery.
- Oversee the availability, functionality, and testing of all service equipment, tools, and spare parts at workshops.
- Train and mentor local service staff and technicians.
- Act as the point of contact for customer grievances and ensure timely resolution.




- Coordinate scheduled service visits with customers and manage any changes efficiently.
- Support the Shop Supervisor in maintaining tools and service equipment.
- Report field failures and IRUs to Bajaj Auto /Management as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure data integrity in spare parts records.
- Ensure consistent performance management and disciplinary procedures across service teams.
- Support recruitment and effective on boarding of new team members.
- Ensure consistency across shift teams in effective, timely and fair performance and disciplinary feedback and documentation;
- Lead service team members to excel and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist as needed in interviewing and hiring of current employees. Conduct effective on boarding of new employees;

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years in after-sales experience of three-wheeler
- Experience in African market will be added advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently, manage time under minimal supervision to accomplish expected work tasks.
