Responsibilities

- Lead and improve the prepress workflow and introduce automation wherever possible.
- Create and manage a proper tracking system for daily work orders as per the production schedule and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Regularly communicate project updates and job status with managers and the customer service team.
- Talk to customers when needed to resolve any issues, questions, or concerns.
- Record problems like machine downtime and note the steps taken to fix them.
- Check and ensure that artwork is prepared correctly as per customer requirements.
- Help customers with all their printing-related needs.
- Supervise the maintenance of all repro department machines.
- Update repro department software after getting approval from management.
- Handle ordering of all consumables (plates, chemicals, screens, papers, toners, cartridges) and check their quality before use.
- Support continuous improvements in customer supply chain processes to make operations smoother and enhance customer service.
