1. Performance Monitoring & PR Compliance FRYBLE • Monitor solar plant performance and maintain Performance Ratio (PR) values as per contractual terms. • Maintain plant availability and take necessary actions to minimise downtime. • Analyse daily generation reports (DGR) and monthly performance data to optimise plant efficiency. • Track generated tickets and ensure their timely resolution using available manpower and resources. • Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports on time; track energy generation, grid availability and inverter efficiencies at all times.

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance • Carryout maintenance activities as per the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule for the calendar year. • Ensure timely completion of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. • Diagnose and rectify faults with site teams and log complaints with respective OEMs to reduce downtime. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement corrective actions. • Ensure proper management of spare parts and PPE inventory at the site.

3. Reporting & Documentation • Prepare and maintain reports for maintenance, cleaning. DGR, performance and other activities. • Ensure timely documentation and smooth processing Of invoices. • Submit daily, weekly and monthly checklists accuratety and on time.

4. Site & Supervision • Monitor and inspect cleaning and maintenance activities at the solar site. • Supervise and ensure proper execution of scheduled maintenance tasks. • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential failures or hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

5. Emergency Response & Resdution • Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations, escalating issues as required. • Work closely with the Manager to ensure quick decision-making and minimise downtime proactively.

6. Customer & Stakeholder Communication • Act as the single point of contact for customer communication and reporting; provide regular updates on plant performance, faults and rectifications. • Engage in email communication with customers with complete transparency and clarity. • Coordinate With external vendors, OEMs and service providers for smooth operations.

7. Safety, Compliance & Training • Ensure all site work is carried out safely and in compliance with applicable safety regulations; conduct regular safety inspections and mock drills. • Organise learning and development activities, including training sessions for staff andO&M; associates, keeping the team updated With the latest industry practices
