- Consistently delivering accurate and timely cost estimates for all assigned projects.

- Contributing to the optimization of estimation processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and vendors to refine estimates.
- Maintain and update a database of material and labor costs.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest value engineering solutions.
Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Haves (Can Be Learned On-the-Job)
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for quantity take-offs.
