Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and Agile delivery teams.



The role will be responsible for eliciting requirements, creating user stories with acceptance criteria, managing backlog refinement, and driving successful delivery of customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization and refinement.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements discussions.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, and Product teams in Agile environments.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release activities.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Expertise in Requirements Elicitation, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Experience with Backlog Management and Sprint Planning.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Facilitation skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management,or Capital Markets experience.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
