Shri Madhava Automobiles LLP is an authorised Ather Energy dealership with showroom and service operations across Badarpur (New Delhi) and Faridabad (Haryana). We are a fast-growing electric vehicle dealership committed to delivering a premium customer experience across sales, service, and after-sales operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive EDP Executive to manage all billing, stock, inventory, and compliance functions at our dealership. This is a critical back-end operations role that directly supports our sales and service teams across both branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage all customer billing and invoicing accurately and on time
- Handle stock transfers between branches and coordinate with the Ather central system
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Prepare and maintain sale sheets as per dealership and company requirements
- Track and manage all PM-E Drive subsidy cases from application to disbursement — and provide timely status reports to management
- Ensure accurate data entry on the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Coordinate with the sales team for vehicle delivery documentation and RTO-related paperwork
- Maintain records of all vehicle chassis numbers, invoices, and registration documents
- Prepare MIS reports for management review as required
- Ensure compliance with all Ather Energy dealership SOPs and reporting formats
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in EDP, billing, or back-office operations in an automobile dealership (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)
- Proficiency in MS Excel — VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data entry
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) preferred
- Knowledge of GST billing and invoicing
- Understanding of government subsidy schemes such as PM-E Drive is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
