Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports to ensure effective project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices in technical program management (e.g., Scrum) and agile methodologies.
Job Requirements :
- 10-14 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and technologies (e.g., cloud computing).
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
