About the Role

Den Agencies is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Upwork Intern who wants practical experience in social media marketing, content creation, freelancing, and online business development.

The intern will work directly on building Den Agencies' online presence and supporting its Upwork profile and business-development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

- Create and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Research trending topics related to recruitment, HR, careers, AI, business and technology.
- Prepare social media posts, captions, short-form content and basic creatives.
- Assist in developing a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Monitor engagement, views, followers and other social media metrics.
- Research competitors and identify useful content ideas.
- Assist with basic Reels/short-video content.
- Use AI tools to generate content ideas, drafts and social media concepts.
- Respond to comments and messages where required.

Upwork & Freelancing

- Research relevant Upwork projects related to recruitment, HR, content writing, virtual assistance, business support and other services offered by Den Agencies.
- Identify suitable projects and prepare information for proposal submission.
- Assist in researching potential clients and companies.
- Help draft and customize Upwork proposals.
- Research keywords, job requirements and client expectations.
- Maintain a database of potential Upwork opportunities.
- Track submitted proposals and responses.
- Assist in improving Den Agencies' Upwork profile and portfolio.

Skills Required





- Good written English and communication skills.
- Interest in social media, digital marketing and freelancing.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Basic Canva knowledge will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools is preferred.
- Ability to research information online.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
