Job description:
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and Experienced both can apply.
- Candidate should have valuable customer handling skills.
- Handle customers via voice calls and ensuring seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
- Comfortable with Work form Office and Night shifts.
- 5 days working with rotational week off and shifts.
- Both side cabs provided.
- Salary between 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
