About Company:

Osseous Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Orthopaedic Implants based in Morbi, Gujarat. We are looking for a agile Sales Coordinator to support our sales and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with Distributors, Dealers, Traders, Doctors, and Sales Team for daily sales activities

- Order Management: Handle order processing, follow-ups with production and dispatch for timely delivery

- Customer Support: Attend customer queries, maintain relationships with channel partners and doctors

- Sales Team Support: Assist field sales team with product information, quotations, and documentation

- MIS & Reports: Prepare daily sales reports, track dispatches, maintain distributor/dealer database and CRM

- Market Data: Collect feedback from market, share competitor information and support lead generation





- Product Knowledge: Maintain good understanding of orthopaedic implants and their applications

Requirements:

- Experience: 0-3 years in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales. Fresher with medical background can apply

- Education: Graduate. Diploma/B.Sc/Pharma background preferred

- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati

- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Email

- Skills: Good coordination, multitasking, target-oriented and customer handling skills

- Location: Candidate must be willing to work from Tankara, Gujarat
