Designation : Business Development Manager | CTC Upto 5.5 LPA
Role & responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and manage Life Insurance Advisors/Agents to drive business.
- Train and motivate agents on product knowledge, sales process and customer handling.
- Generate business through the agency network and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain regular relationships with agents, track their performance and ensure productivity.
- Drive customer acquisition, policy sales, renewals and cross-selling through the agency channel.
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have at least 1 year of field sales Experience
- Must be local and have valuable area knowledge
- 2 wheeler and license are mandatory.
- Graduation is must.
