We are hiring a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. You will help source candidates, screen resumes and schedule interviews. This role gives you hands-on experience in the hiring process and helps build our talent pipeline
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on job boards and social media sites
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn and other tools
- Review resumes and screen applicant qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with employer branding and campus recruitment events
