The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality-related activities within the organization, ensuring that products meet defined standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. The role involves implementing quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and leading the quality team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
2. Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001 or relevant)
3. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
4. Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions
5. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits
6. Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and drive improvements
7. Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
8. Work closely with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams

Train and guide quality team members and shop-floor staff
10. Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory compliance
11. Customer Poratl Handling

Key Skills Required:

1. Strong knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, Kaizen, 5 Why, etc.)
2. Expertise in ISO systems and audits, ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001:2015,ISO 45001:2018.
3. Problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Leadership and team management
5. Valuable communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:

- Education: B.Tech (Mech)/ Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- Experience: 5 - 10 years in manufacturing industry (preferably HVAC / refrigeration / fabrication background)
