Role Objective

We are looking for field sales professional who Own the end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects by driving lead generation, customer engagement, technical site assessments, installation coordination, and government liaison activities to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction

Role & responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to channel partners & residential customers.
- Generate leads through referrals, door-to-door campaigns, channel partners, RWAs, and local associations.
- Explain rooftop solar solutions, savings potential, subsidy advantages, and financing options.
- Follow up with prospects and support conversion of leads into orders.
- Conduct site surveys along with EPC partners and collect technical data including roof dimensions, shadow analysis, and electrical load details.




- Capture photographs and prepare site survey reports; coordinate for proposal preparation.
- Coordinate installation schedules with customers and vendors.
- Monitor project progress at site and ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Support commissioning and handover activities.
- Assist customers with PM Surya Ghar subsidy applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with DISCOMs for net metering approvals and inspections.
- Maintain project records and customer documentation.

Weekly Off

One weekly off (excluding Saturdays and Sundays )
