QHSE OFFICER

Qualification - Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, or QHSE- related field.

Skills Required - NEBOSH / IOSH / Auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) preferred.

Experience - 2-5 years in QHSE role in manufacturing, refurbishing, or ITES sector."

Job Discription:

1 Implement and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, or other relevant management systems.

2 Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits (certification/surveillance).

3 Monitor product/process quality, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

4 Maintain calibration records, inspection checklists, and QC documentation.

5 Develop, implement, and review health & safety policies and risk assessments.

6 Conduct workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk mitigation.





7 Ensure compliance with applicable laws (Factories Act, OSHA, etc.).

8 Organize training on safety protocols, PPE usage, and emergency response.

9 Monitor waste management, E-waste disposal, and environmental compliance.

10 Maintain records for pollution control boards (MPCB/SPCB), consents, and annual returns (Form 3, Form 4)."

11 Prepare and maintain QHSE documentation, SOPs, and records.

12 Promote safety culture and quality awareness across teams.

13 Suggest process optimization to reduce defects, accidents, and environmental impact.
