Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, manage a team of Relationship Managers, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in stock broking, client acquisition, team management, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Drive branch revenue through client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch business targets and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and increase market share.
- Reactivate dormant clients and enhance branch productivity.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Relationship Managers and sales professionals.
- Ensure team productivity, target achievement, and performance improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions and provide guidance on sales and market opportunities.

Client & Partner Acquisition

- Acquire and maintain relationships with retail, HNI, and institutional clients.




- Build and strengthen partnerships with Authorized Persons (APs), Sub-Brokers, and channel partners.
- Drive partner activation and engagement to maximize business generation.

Cross-Selling & Customer Service

- Promote and cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, and other investment products.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Compliance & Operations

- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management guidelines.
- Monitor branch operations and maintain operational efficiency.

Mandatory

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management.
- Experience in team handling and people management.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, partner acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Solid understanding of equity markets and investment products.
