Role & responsibilities

Attending customers who are visiting the branch for availing a gold loan or for any activity related to their existing gold loan

- Explaining the product & convincing customers to avail gold loan
- Executing all system entries in the Gold Loan LOS & LMS system
- Ensuring TAT adherence in the disbursal of the loan
- Coordinating & managing the relationship with External Valuer to ensure timely valuation of the customer's gold
- Coordinating with the Internal Audit team and ensuring satisfactory audit reports
- Coordinating with HO Team for approvals, clarifications, etc to ensure timely sanction & disbursal of gold loans Responsible for the growth & quality of gold loan book of the branch.
- Following up for payment with overdue and margin shortfall customers and ensuring collections as per targets
- Maintaining various MIS & Reports
- Suggesting changes to the product team to improve the customer experience & turnaround time

- Prospecting and Lead Generation

- Identify and target potential customers (individuals, small businesses, etc.) needing gold loans. - Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, local market visits,



and community engagement. - Plan & execute marketing activities within 5 km radius of the branch - Travel extensively within assigned areas to meet customers. 2. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management - Educate customers about gold loan products, terms, interest rates, and perks. - Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan schemes. - Build trust by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring transparency.3. Documentation - Guide customers through documentation processes (ID proof, address proof, etc.) and ensure compliance with KYC norms.4. Sales Targets and Business Growth - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements. - Expand the customer base in assigned territories through aggressive field sales activities. 5. Market Intelligence and Feedback - Report competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management. - Suggest improvements to loan products or processes based on field insights.
