Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer – AEM for Adobe. We are looking for candidates with robust hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java, and enterprise web application support. The ideal candidate should have experience troubleshooting production issues, debugging AEM applications, and supporting enterprise-scale websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide production support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to AEM components, workflows, Dispatcher, and backend services.
- Develop and maintain AEM components using Sling Models, OSGi Services, HTL, and Java.
- Work with REST APIs and integrate AEM with external systems.
- Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and issue resolution for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with development, QA,



and cross-functional teams to support releases and deployments.
- Participate in on-call/support activities and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
