Job Title: Technical Lead ? Java/J2EE, SQL, Github Copilot, GCP & HTML

Required Technical Skills

- Solid programming experience in Java / J2EE (Springboot, XML Webservices, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, GCP
- Proficient in Java, Springboot, Microservices.
- Experience with web application servers such as Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and development tools (JIRA, Jenkins, Maven)
- Working experience in Cloud Technologies ? GCP or other
- AI assisted development.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor a team of Junior developers in the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications.
- Oversee project life cycles including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Review code and ensure adherence to best practices,



performance standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver quality software on time.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior team members.
- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking in an Agile environment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology decisions.
- Maintain documentation for system design, development, and deployment.
- Assist team through AI assisted Development and design.
