Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and development of insurance advisors/agents

Achieving sales and business targets through the agency channel

Managing and strengthening relationships with agents

Driving new business and ensuring business growth

Training, motivating and supporting the agency team

Eligibility:

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, Banking or Financial Sales

Prior experience in the Agency Channel will be preferred

Solid communication, sales and relationship management skills

Candidates with relevant local market experience are encouraged to apply
