Position: Relationship Manager (RM) Home Loan

Key Responsibilities
- Generate Home Loan business through field sales, open market sourcing, referrals, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Handle the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth customer service.
Eligibility
- Experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services / Field Sales preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to work in field sales.
