Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehousing operations for Raw Materials and Finished Goods efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, identification, and smooth movement of all materials within the warehouse.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Implement and ensure strict compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, if any.
- Maintain proper warehouse records, stock registers, ERP entries, and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, components, and finished goods as per approved requirements.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper manpower utilization, discipline, productivity, and adherence to defined warehouse processes.




- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, housekeeping, 5S practices, and warehouse best practices.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods as per sales and dispatch plans.
- Ensure proper documentation for material receipts, issues, transfers, and dispatches.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies, statutory requirements, rules, regulations, and warehouse premises bylaws.
- Maintain proper coordination and Supply Chain Management with all concerned internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improving warehouse efficiency, inventory control, space utilization, and material movement.
