Job Description :

- Work on 100% company-provided leads and connect with prospective customers

.- Contact customers through calls and other assigned channels and understand their insurance requirements.

-Explain suitable life insurance products, benefits, coverage and premium options to customers.

- Conduct need-based discussions and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

- Convert assigned leads into successful policy sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

- Handle customer queries related to insurance plans, policy benefits and application processes.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.

- Complete the required documentation and coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance.

- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to support retention and future business opportunities.

- Ensure proper and compliant communication of product features and benefits to customers.

- Achieve assigned sales, conversion and revenue targets within defined timelines.
