pRole & responsibilities

Generate HL & LAP leads through field sales, referrals, DSA/connector networks and local market activities.

Meet customers, understand their requirements and explain suitable loan products.

Source and convert recent business while achieving monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Branch teams until sanction and disbursement.

Collect and verify customer/documentation details.

Maintain customer relationships and support post-disbursement requirements.

Develop local market and referral relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience in Housing Finance, Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC or Microfinance sales are relevant.
