We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter based in Bangalore who can manage end-to-end recruitment and effectively communicate with candidates across South India. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu, along with good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Communicate with candidates in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and English as required.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and business teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Meet defined hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
- Develop talent pools for recurring and high-volume hiring requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn or similar platforms.
- Robust candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

- Experience in volume hiring or frontline recruitment.
- Experience recruiting candidates across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
- Existing candidate networks across South India.
- Experience with ATS/recruitment systems.
