Job Summary

Hiring an experienced Electronics Manufacturing professional with strong expertise in SMT & THT processes, NPI, and process optimization. Responsible for end-to-end manufacturing, yield improvement, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SMT processes: Printing, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow
- Oversee THT assembly operations
- Lead NPI from prototype to mass production (DFM, Gerber review, feasibility)
- Optimize process parameters, reflow profile, stencil & printing settings
- Drive yield improvement & defect reduction (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
- Develop FMEA, Control Plan, SOPs
- Ensure compliance with IPC, APQP, SPC, PPAP
- Lead team & collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive Lean, Kaizen,



automation & cost reduction initiatives
- Support audit readiness & compliance
