Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management

- Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems
- Maintain structured datasets for academic, HR, finance, and operational reporting
- Perform regular data quality checks and cleansing activities

Data Analysis

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and insights
- Prepare periodic reports on KPIs, performance metrics, and business outcomes
- Conduct comparative and predictive analysis for strategic decision-making
- Support management with actionable recommendations based on findings

Dashboard & Reporting

- Design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Excel
- Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports
- Automate recurring reporting workflows
- Develop visual reports for leadership presentations

Business Intelligence Support

- Support strategic teams in forecasting, capacity planning, and performance reviews
- Analyze student, employee, financial, and process-related data
- Provide insights for operational optimization and growth initiatives
- Assist in identifying process bottlenecks through data trends

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with academic, HR, finance, and operations teams
- Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical reports




- Support leadership with data-backed decision frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or Business Analyst
- Strong command of MS Excel (Advanced)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau
- Good understanding of statistics and data interpretation
- Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
