A1Apps is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to build stronger creator-led growth across our mobile app portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creator judgment with campaign ownership, audience understanding, and performance thinking. You should be comfortable owning influencer marketing end to end - from identifying the right creators and shaping strong content angles, to managing execution and analyzing what drives meaningful business outcomes.

We're looking for someone who understands how creator partnerships, content strategy, and growth learnings can work together to improve awareness, demand generation, and user acquisition.

Responsibilities

- Own and execute influencer and creator marketing initiatives across A1Apps app portfolio.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators based on audience fit, content quality, category relevance, and business potential.
- Manage campaigns end to end, including outreach, relationship management, negotiation, briefing, timelines, approvals, and execution.
- Develop robust creator briefs, messaging hooks, and campaign concepts aligned with product positioning and audience behavior.
- Partner closely with performance marketing, design, content, and product teams to ensure creator-led campaigns support broader growth goals.
- Track campaign performance across key metrics such as reach, engagement, content quality, conversion signals, and efficiency indicators.
- Turn campaign results into actionable learnings on creator selection, content direction, and future testing opportunities.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of creators, influencer partners, and niche communities relevant to our target audiences.
- Stay up to date on platform trends, creator ecosystems, audience shifts, and competitor activity to keep strategy sharp and relevant.




- Support broader brand-building and storytelling initiatives through high-quality creator collaborations.

Requirements

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience running influencer or creator campaigns end to end.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, platform behavior, audience fit, and content effectiveness.
- Ability to use campaign data and performance signals to improve execution and decision-making.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High ownership, strong follow-through, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

- Experience in consumer internet, B2C, or mobile app marketing.
- Exposure to UGC-style creative, creator whitelisting, paid-social feedback loops, or performance-oriented content testing.
- Familiarity with international or tier-one audiences.
- Understanding of app-growth contexts, including how creator-led demand can support installs, engagement, and monetization.
- Experience working with agencies, talent managers, or creator networks.
