Role: Graphics Designer
Left Right Mind is bringing an enterprise AI product to market in India, and design plays a central role in how its positioned.
As part of this build-out, were looking for a Graphics Designer to shape how this product and its story come to life visually - across sales collateral, marketing materials, and client-facing information assets. Youll partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to ensure every design is both compelling and easy to execute, acting as the go-to design point of contact across multiple client engagements throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and campaign managers to create visually compelling designs for online and offline marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Design and produce visual assets - graphics, illustrations, infographics, banners, brochures, presentations, email templates, and advertisements - for digital and print platforms
- Build, update, and maintain website pages and landing pages using Webflow, collaborating with web designers/developers on custom graphics and web visuals
- Create engaging, on-brand social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn supporting both paid and organic campaigns
- Design promotional materials for seasonal campaigns, product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all design outputs align with brand voice and overall marketing strategy
- Optimize web page layouts for performance, UX, and conversion in coordination with marketing/growth stakeholders
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, revising and refining designs based on feedback, deadlines, and project scope
- Stay current with design trends, tools,
and techniques - including Webflow features/updates - and incorporate recent ideas into marketing visuals
- Coordinate with external vendors/freelancers (photographers, printers, video editors) as needed
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives (career pages, LinkedIn creatives, offer collateral)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing and campaign design work
- Hands-on working knowledge of Webflow (building/editing pages, CMS collections, responsive design, basic interactions)
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- Experience creating graphics for social media ads, email marketing, and digital advertising
- Proven experience working directly with marketing teams - understanding their goals and delivering design assets that support marketing objectives
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively across stakeholders
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience working with B2B/consulting or tech/product brands
- Familiarity with additional web design tools/platforms (WordPress, etc.) alongside Webflow
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with motion graphics or short-form video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva video tools)
- Experience with marketing automation AI tools like Claude, Claude design.
- Exposure to employer branding / recruitment marketing content.
