About the Role:

We are looking for a Associate/Senior Associate to join our fast-growing Strategy& practice within the PwC Advisory Acceleration Centre. Strategy& (S&) is PwCs global strategy consulting business that combines deep industry knowledge with advanced strategy consulting capabilities. The team partners with clients across industries to develop and build capabilities that create sustainable competitive advantage and growth.

The Deals practice is our largest go-to-market channel in the UK, supporting private equity and corporate clients in shaping the M&A; landscape through investment strategy, commercial due diligence, value creation, and exit advisory. We collaborate with clients managing over 2.5 trillion in assets and publicly traded companies with over 4 trillion market capitalization.

Our India-based S& Acceleration Centre plays a crucial role in supporting the UK team with project preparation, execution, analysis, research, output creation, and client interactions, effectively acting as an extension of the UK team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and reviewing delivery modules such as competitive benchmarking, survey analysis, web scraping, customer and financial analysis, industry research, and presentation materials.
- Support day-to-day deliverables through detailed work planning, problem solving, hypothesis formation, and use of research tools.
- Collaborate closely with the UK Strategy& team to support client engagements end-to-end.
- Contribute to onboarding and training programs for junior team members.
- Drive your own and the team’s continuous technical and functional skill development.
- Demonstrate solid commercial acumen and critical thinking to structure complex, unstructured problems.
- Delegate tasks and coach junior team members, supporting their growth and development.
- Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct at all times.

- Participate in business development and practice enablement activities such as proposal development and client workshops.
- Engage in learning and application of new technologies, including generative AI and automation aligned with client needs.
- Develop internal relationships to build trust and promote the KAC brand.
- Stay updated on global and local business, economic issues, and M&A; market trends.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
- Serve as a problem-solving resource for the team by sharing prior experiences.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 4 to 7 years of relevant consulting and project delivery experience, preferably in Strategy, M&A; Advisory, Commercial Due Diligence, or Private Equity.
- Strong ability to analyze, contextualize, and solve commercial problems through independent research and critical thinking.
- Proven experience working collaboratively with global teams and managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and time management to handle competing priorities effectively.
- Experience creating client-ready decks, reports, and data visualizations using PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably tools like Power BI.
- Skilled in conducting primary research (desktop research, surveys, web scraping) and secondary research, along with complex data analysis (financial statements, survey data, business plans).
