- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Generate business through local market.
- Manage leads from sourcing to sanction & disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Collections teams.
- Ensure portfolio quality and company policy compliance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 38 years’ experience in LAP/Mortgage/secured lending.
- Robust team handling & sales management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Affordable LAP & local market.
- Target-oriented with good communication and negotiation skills.
- NBFC/HFC/Banking experience preferred.
