Kotak Mahindra Bank is conducting a Walk-In Drive for the position of Team Member - Transaction Screening. Key Responsibilities:
Real-time monitoring of transactions and alerts for fraud detection and prevention.
Review suspicious transactions and take immediate action to minimise financial losses.
Customer verification calls for alerted transactions.
Channel blocking and account debit freeze marking when required.
Monitoring using fraud management systems, Finacle and Dotnet.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS reports and trackers.
Closure of alerts and branch requests within defined TAT.
Coordination with various internal departments and stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile:




Minimum 1 year of experience in Transaction Monitoring / Fraud Monitoring.
Graduate with good academic credentials.
Robust analytical and logical thinking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Keen eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts for real-time transaction monitoring.
