- Role Purpose
Drive JSW's campus employer branding strategy by positioning the Group as the Employer of Choice across premier engineering & management institutes. The role will build long-term university partnerships, design differentiated campus engagement initiatives aligned to the "Be the Change Maker" EVP, and create a robust internship-to-hiring ecosystem that delivers high-quality talent for the Group.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Campus Employer Branding Strategy
- Design and execute the annual employer branding strategy across premier engineering and management campuses.
- Translate JSW's "Be the Change Maker" EVP into differentiated campus experiences that enhance brand visibility and student engagement.
- Develop campus-specific engagement plans aligned to hiring priorities and long-term talent needs.
2. University Relationship Management
- Build strategic partnerships with Career Services Offices, Placement Committees, Faculty, and Student Leadership Bodies across JSW's empanelled institutes.
- Establish JSW as a preferred recruiting partner through year-round engagement rather than seasonal hiring.
- Identify opportunities for CXO interactions, industry sessions, competitions, research collaborations, and campus events.
3. Campus Engagement & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of campus engagement initiatives including leadership talks, competitions, hackathons, workshops, factory visits, and networking forums.
- Partner with business leaders, HR teams, hiring agencies, and campus stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and superior candidate experience.
- Govern the campus engagement calendar and ensure alignment across all JSW Group companies.

Campus Intelligence & Analytics
- Develop a robust analytics framework to evaluate campus ROI and engagement effectiveness.
- Track key metrics including:
- Campus brand perception
- Event participation
- Student engagement
- Offer acceptance
- Internship quality
- PPO conversion
- Campus-wise hiring success
- Generate insights to optimize future campus investments and engagement strategies.
5. Internship Program Excellence (SIP/MIP)
- Lead the end-to-end governance of SIP/MIP across the Group.
- Partner with businesses to curate high-impact, business-critical projects for interns.
- Evaluate mentor and buddy effectiveness, project quality, intern experience, and business engagement.
- Drive data-backed PPO recommendations based on intern performance, business feedback, and leadership assessments.
- Continuously improve the internship experience to build a strong pre-placement talent pipeline.
6. Campus Recruitment Governance
- Plan and coordinate annual internship and final placement hiring across campuses.
- Partner with hiring agencies, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and placement teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment activities.
- Govern timelines, assessments, interviews, offer rollouts, and candidate communication.

Business Partnership & Governance
- Collaborate with Group companies to track campus ownership and engagement throughout the year.
- Conduct periodic reviews with businesses to assess campus connect, hiring outcomes, and engagement effectiveness.
- Publish an annual Campus Excellence Report highlighting:
- Campus ownership by business
- Best engagement practices
- Hiring outcomes
- Offer conversion
- PPO conversion
- Employer branding impact
- Recommendations for continuous improvement
Success Measures
- Enhanced employer brand visibility across target campuses.
- Increased Day 0/Day 1 campus participation at premier institutes.
- Higher offer acceptance and PPO conversion rates.
- Improved quality of hire and internship outcomes.

Desired Profile
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.
- 46 years of experience in Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding, University Relations, Talent Acquisition, or Early Careers.
- Solid project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in employer branding campaigns and campus engagement initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
