Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Vacancies: 1 (One)
Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Oversee the delivery of IT hardware services including break-fix support, IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose), and warranty services.
- Ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and contractual obligations.




- Lead daily operations of onsite and remote support teams to deliver effective and timely service.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients regarding service performance and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular service reviews and present performance reports to clients.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate service engineers, field technicians, and support staff.
- Develop training plans to improve team competency in managing hardware services and customer interactions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes and tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, networking devices) and related support processes.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:

- Graduation in IT Hardware, Computer Science, Electronic and Communication.
- 4-6 Years of work Experience, including 2+ years of proven experience in Managing Service Team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with Clients, Vendors, and Internal teams.
- Multi Language like: English, Kannada, Hindi
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Sense of urgency.
- MS Project

Certifications (Preferred):

- CompTIA A+N+
- Microsoft Server Certification
- CCNA
