1. Candidate Engagement & Counseling
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective candidates and trainees.
- Provide transparent, accurate, and timely information about KISCs courses, career pathways, and admission procedures.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand candidate aspirations and guide them accordingly.
- Admission Process Management
- Assist candidates throughout the admission lifecycle—from inquiry to enrollment.
- Assist Training partners in all admission documentation is complete and compliant with institutional requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation.
- Promotion & Outreach
- Actively promote KISC’s offerings through digital platforms, outreach events, and community engagement.
- Assist Training partners, marketing and outreach teams to increase visibility and attract quality candidates.
- Conversion & Retention
- Maintain high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment through effective follow-ups and engagement strategies.
- Support enrolled trainees throughout their journey, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, admissions data, and feedback.
- Generate periodic reports on admissions performance, conversion metrics, and student satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with training partners and administrative staff to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of admission processes.
