Job Title: Sales Engineer (Back Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Sales Engineer (Back Office) to support the Sales team with technical documentation, Quotations, Order processing and cross-functional co-ordination. The role bridges technical knowledge and Sales operations ensuring smooth execution from inquiry to order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Technical and Commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
- Provide Technical support to the Sales team during Pre-Sales and Post-Sales stages.
- Interpret Customer Specifications, GA Drawings and RFQs.
- Coordinate with Internal teams such as Design, Quality, Accounts, Production, Procurement and Stores.
- Maintain accurate Sales Records, Documentation and SAP updates.
- Follow up on Enquiries,



Quotations and Pending orders.
- Assist in Order Processing including order confirmation and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and technical guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical / Chemical or relevant field).
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Support or Back Office Sales Engineer Role.
- Robust understanding of technical products and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and SAP/CRM systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
