- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday HCM solutions for clients using various tools such as Core Connector, EIB, JSON, XML.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday integrations and provide technical support to resolve them efficiently.
- Develop complex reports using XSLT and other reporting tools within the Workday platform.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Workday HCM implementation.
- Robust understanding of Workday Studio Integration (Core Connector) development principles.
- Proficiency in developing custom reports using XSLT language within the Workday platform.
