Role & responsibilities

- Handle outbound calling as part of the daily job responsibilities.

- Make calls to clients/customers and communicate professionally regarding tax-related services and requirements.

- Support various US Direct Tax compliance and tax return filing processes.

- Assist with Federal, Domestic, International, and State & Local tax returns.

- Explain relevant tax services/information to customers through outbound calls.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and assigned tasks.

- Achieve daily/monthly calling and performance targets.

- Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and compliance procedures.

- Work effectively with the team to complete assigned targets and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Willingness to work in a night-shift environment.

- Positive learning ability and a positive attitude.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
