- Assist in identifying and summarizing contractual risks, key obligations, and commercial deviations.

- Conduct legal and regulatory research relevant to ongoing business activities and risk exposure.

- Support litigationmonitoringby tracking cases, hearing dates, deadlines, and preparing internal dashboards.

- Assistwith legal operations, including digitalization initiatives, internal trackers, KPIs, and cost reporting.

- Support corporate secretarial matters under the Companies Act, 2013, including assistancewith board and committee documentation and statutory filings.

- Assistwith routine corporate housekeeping activities in coordination with regional stakeholders.

Experience

- Law student (preferably from the 4th semester onwards)



or comparable legal studies

- Prior internship or student assistant experience preferred
- Basic understanding of contract and civil law; interest in corporate and in house legal work
- Structured, detail oriented, and reliable working style
- Solid analytical skills and willingness to learn
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Very goodwritten and spoken English skills
- Experience LevelEntry Level
